  1. Scope
    Except as otherwise described below, this Policy applies to the personal information we collect and process related to: visitors of our website(s)s where this Policy is posted, including nolawild.com and artsevin.com (the “Sites”); individuals who use, access, download, or otherwise interact or engage with the products, tools, services, or features available through our Sites; individuals who register for or participate in our events, surveys, research, or promotions; individuals who subscribe to receive news, information, and other communications from us; current, former, and prospective business partners, vendors, and service providers; and individuals who communicate or otherwise interact or engage with us or the services available through our Sites or other online services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

    As further described below, we may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of our Services, and from other, third-party sources.
    Personal Information Collected Directly from You. While the personal information we may collect varies depending upon your use of our Services and our interactions with you, in general, we may collect the following personal information directly from you:

    We and our third-party service providers use cookies, pixels tags, web beacons, and other similar tracking technologies and mechanisms to automatically collect browsing, activity, device, and similar information within our Services. We use this information to, for example, analyze and understand how users access, use, and interact with our Services, to identify and resolve bugs and errors in our Services, to assess, secure, protect, optimize, and improve the performance of our Services, as well as for marketing and analytics purposes, and to personalize content in our Services.     Cookies. “Cookies” are small text files stored on a user’s device (such as a computer or smartphone) by a website the user visits.     Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” signals.

    Marketing Communications. We may send periodic promotional emails or other similar communications to you. You may opt -out of these communications by following the instructions provided to you in the communication. If you opt -out of receiving promotional content from us, we may still send you communications about products, features, or services you have requested from us. If you subscribe to receiving text messages from us, you can opt out by replying STOP to any text we send you.
    Cookie Preferences. To prevent cookies from tracking your activity on our Sites or visits across multiple websites, you can set your browser to block certain cookies or notify you when a cookie is set. You can also delete cookies. The “Help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your device from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to delete cookies. Visitors to our Sites who disable cookies will be able to browse the Sites, but some features may not function properly. 2. Additional Privacy Information for California Residents

This subsection provides California residents with additional information regarding our collection, use and disclosure of their personal information, as well as their privacy rights, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This section does not address or apply to our handling of publicly available information or other personal information that is exempt under the CCPA.  

Categories of Personal Information Collected and Disclosed. While our processing of personal information varies based upon our relationship and interactions with you, the table below identifies, generally, the categories of personal information (as defined by the CCPA) that we have collected about California residents, as well as the categories of third parties to whom we may disclose this information for a business or commercial purpose.

Sources of Personal Information. We may collect Personal Information from the following categories of sources: directly and indirectly from you; affiliates and subsidiaries; advertising networks, data analytics providers, social networks, business partners; vendors and service providers, Internet service providers; operations systems and platforms, government entities, data brokers, and customers.

We do not sell or share personal information, including sensitive personal information or information about individuals who we know are under sixteen years old.

While we do not disclose Personal Information to third parties in exchange for monetary compensation, we may “sell” or “share” (as defined by the CCPA) Personal Information, such as identifiers and internet and electronic network activity information to third -party ad networks, social networks, and data analytics providers. We do so in order to improve and evaluate our advertising campaigns and to better reach customers and prospective customers with more relevant ads and content.

Retention. We retain the personal information we collect only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and enforce our agreements. Verification. If you submit a request to access/know, correct, delete, [or limit the use/disclosure of] your personal information, we will take steps to verify your request by matching the information provided by you with the information we have in our records. We will process your request based on the personal information in our records that is linked or reasonably linkable to the information provided in your request. In some cases, we may request additional information in order to verify your request or where necessary to process your request.

Authorized Agent. You may also designate someone as an authorized agent to submit requests and act on your behalf. Authorized agents will be required to provide proof of their authorization in their first communication with us, and we may also require that the relevant consumer directly verify their identity and the authority of the authorized agent.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sales and Sharing. To exercise your right to opt -out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, you may do so via our cookie preference manager. We will apply your opt-out based on the personal information in our records that is linked or reasonably linkable to the information provided in your request.
